JUBILEE HOUSE, LYTHAM

November 19, 2015 - awg-admin - New Business

Architectural Glazing and Facades has recently completed its largest ever project; Jubilee House in Lytham.

The project saw the magnificent transformation of the former Land Registry building, including new facades to every elevation, and the addition of a fourth floor to provide over 6000sqm of internal floor space.

Developed by owners Danbro Accountants; A W Glazing Ltd were subcontracted by Conlon Construction Ltd to fabricate and install aluminium windows, doors and curtain walling using Technal FXI65, CD (we now use PY), MX and Trame Horizontale systems. Structurally bonded vents were used to conceal opening windows. We also installed glass balustrading.

Special consideration was given to the exposed marine environment during the design and specification of the glazing systems.

The finished building looks spectacular; it is a landmark development which we are delighted to have been involved with.
